Zhan Chen, RA 

Zhan Chen is a practicing architect and educator. Most recently, he was a visiting assistant professor at Auburn University where he taught 4th year design studios and seminars. He was also an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he taught 2nd year design studio.


Prior to starting his own practice, Zhan worked at the offices of FX Collaborative, Rogers Marvel Architects and Marvel Architects in New York City. Zhan's projects and experience range in scale and program from a memorial landscape in the Brooklyn Navy Yards to large residential developments in New York and Washington DC.


Zhan received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.Arch from Rice University.
